We believe that every student needs an adult to be their champion, one who invests in them, cares about them, and supports them to be successful now and in the future. Mentor programs are implemented to support that belief.
Mentor programs give students, matched with adult volunteers, the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of positive developmental experiences. While there is a focus on one-to-one mentoring, there are also opportunities for small and large group activities.
It can be something as simple as volunteering to sit in the cafeteria with a child during their lunch break to be their “Lunch Buddy.”
