A Cornerstone Community is a Bright Futures community who has been with us from the start. These communities make up the foundation of Bright Futures. they have given unwavering support of the Bright Futures model from its inception, and have successfully implemented this model into each of their communities. They bring hope to the children and families in their regions and it is because of these things that the Board of Directors for Bright Futures USA recognizes these communities with gratitude for their enduring support and community leadership.
